Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has released notification for recruitment of the Junior Assistant (Trainee) Posts. SAIL Vacancy Details:Junior Assistant (Trainee): 86 Posts
Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 28 years as on 01.11.2013
Educational Qualifications Would Be: Graduation (full time degree course) in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks and Diploma in Computer Application and Minimum Typing speed on PC of 40 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. in English.
Application Fee: RUPEES TWO HUNDRED FIFTY ONLY (Rs. 250/-) for General / OBC candidates towards application fee and processing charges and RUPEES FIFTY ONLY (Rs. 50/-) for SC / ST / PWD Candidates towards processing charges. Please note that an amount of RUPEES TWENTY (Rs. 20/-) will need to be paid by the candidate as Bank Charges to the collection branch of SBI in addition to the applicable fee.
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be initially recruited as Jr. Assistant (Trainee) and will be on training for a period of two years. During the first year, they will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 10700/- per month. In the second year, the consolidated pay will be Rs. 12200/- per month. During the period of training, Medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children; Leave etc will be as per the Rules of the Company. Upon successful completion of training of 2 years, they will be placed in S-3 grade / Rs. 9160 - 3% - 13150 with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 9,160/- along with industrial DA, PF, Gratuity, LTC etc as per rules of the Company. In addition, House Rent Allowance will be paid only where Company accommodation is not available. Upon successful completion of the probation period of 1 year after the training period, they will be confirmed in the post.
Mode of Selection:
Performance in written test, Computer Skill, Computer Typing Test and interview.
